PhD Candidate, Department of Economics
Binghamton University (SUNY)

My research focuses on monetary policy, international finance, and financial stability, combining theoretical models with empirical methods.

I expect to graduate in May 2027. Before my doctoral studies, I spent nearly ten years in economist and policy roles at the International Monetary Fund and Bangladesh Bank, the central bank of Bangladesh. My work included macroeconomic and financial-sector surveillance, macroeconomic forecasting, monetary policy analysis, and liquidity and money-market monitoring.
